From the moment y’all reach out, I’m here to make your wedding photography experience feel effortless and personal. I’ll walk you through every step, from creating a custom photo timeline and helping with vendor recommendations to guiding you through the day with care and intention. As a Hill Country wedding photographer with years of experience, I’m detail-driven and efficient behind the scenes so everything flows smoothly, allowing you to relax and truly enjoy your day. From getting ready to your final send-off, I’m there documenting every moment, big and small, and delivering a gallery full of heartfelt memories you’ll treasure forever. Here is a taste of what the wedding experience is like:
1. Getting Started Together
Once you’re officially booked, I’ll send over a few goodies in the mail to celebrate and help kick off the planning process! You’ll also receive questionnaires that help me get to know you and your vision so I can capture everything that matters most. I offer guidance around timelines and photo planning, and I’m available anytime if you need help or advice leading up to your day!
2. Planning Together
Four to six weeks before your wedding, we’ll hop on a call to go over every part of your day. Together, we’ll create a detailed photo timeline that fits your schedule and vision perfectly! I’ll also share helpful tips to make the final stretch of planning easy and stress-free. You can always reach out for advice along the way — I’m in your corner through it all.
3. Prepping for Your Day
As your wedding gets closer, I go through every detail we’ve discussed and build a clear plan so nothing is missed. From lighting to locations to those meaningful in-between moments, everything is carefully thought through so your day feels smooth and effortless!
4. The Wedding Day
When the big day arrives, I’m right there from the start — capturing all the moments that matter most while keeping things relaxed and fun. I’ll fluff dresses, pin boutonnieres, help gather family for portraits, and make sure every part of your story is beautifully documented. Having photographed hundreds of weddings, I’ve seen almost everything a wedding day can throw at me, so I stay calm and flexible so you can focus on enjoying your celebration. My goal is to create a peaceful space for y’all to be fully present while I handle the rest.
5. Gallery Delivery
You’ll receive 75-100 sneak peek images within 72 hours because I know how exciting it is to relive your day! Your full gallery is delivered within 6 weeks, filled with hundreds of high-resolution photos that tell the complete story of your wedding. Everything is delivered in an easy-to-use online gallery where you can download, print, and share your memories with everyone you love!
